Selentino Dupioni Silk Hat Bands

Available in many colors, these silk bands are extraordinary in that they are woven from two different strands of silk, making them appear to shimmer and change color in the light. This silk is specially made from double cocoons, or cocoons that are interlocked, making it necessary to take the two together during the silk reeling process. The result is a crisp, non-wrinkling, vibrantly shimmering fabric which is ideal for use as an accent on straw hats (or even felt hats for that matter!) These hook-on bands are available as alternatives to any hook-on bands you may see. Most of the time, the bands may be placed on top of another band, so that it is unnecessary to remove the original band unless you so choose.
