CAVANAGH

Our cavanagh collection contains Ivy League caps and Eight-panel caps in various patterns and colors. All Cavanagh Caps are made in Italy of the finest wools, silks and linens.

John Cavanagh helped form a holding company in 1928 to consolidate Crofut & Knapp Hatters and Dobbs Hats. The company, Cavanagh-Dobbs had its first retail outlet in New York City. Only five years later, the Hat Corporation of America was formed to merge Cavanagh-Dobbs, Inc., with Knox Hats and Dunlap. Hatco, as it's now referred, is still in operation today.
