You may return unworn items up to 30 days after you receive them for a full refund of the item(s). We do not charge restocking fees.

  • Regular price and unaltered merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange with all tags attached.
  • Sale merchandise is considered final sale and may not be returned for a refund- store credit will be given in place.
  • Worn items may not be exchanged.
  • Customer is responsible for initial shipping fee for merchandise returned to Levine Hat Company. Shipping back to customer for an exchanged product will be taken care of by Levine Hat Co. - applies to US and Canada only
  • International orders will be responsible for return shipping. International orders needing an exchange will be responsible for shipping both ways.
  • Hold on to carrier Tracking information for any packages sent back to Levine Hat. You may be asked for this information for reference.
