You may return eligible unworn items up to 30 days after you receive them for a refund. For items shipped with Economy Shipping (free shipping) we will retain the cost of the initial shipment. 

  • Eligible regular price and unaltered merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange with all tags attached.
  • Sale merchandise from the SALE category is considered final sale. These items may not be returned for a refund- store credit will be given in place.
  • Items that are marked "Special Order" or "Pre-Order" are not refundable.  Store credit will be given in case of a return.
  • Worn items or items with tags removed may not be exchanged.
  • Customer is responsible for initial shipping fee for merchandise returned to Levine Hat Company. Shipping back to customer for an exchanged product will be taken care of by Levine Hat Co. - applies to US orders only.
  • International orders will be responsible for return shipping. International orders needing an exchange will be responsible for shipping both ways.
  • Hold on to carrier Tracking information for any packages sent back to Levine Hat. You may be asked for this information for reference.
